Renewing Domain

A period of time has lapsed between being notified that renewal of our domain was coming up and going to renew it. When clicking on the link to renew, it comes up with ‘looking to upgrade’? When typing in the name of our domain it says that name is already taken. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

We’ve also been told this – Note that your blog is available at its primary domain, “stargazer666.wordpress.com”.
But we would still like it to be ‘stargazerconsultancy.com’ -
Thanks for confirming. stargazerconsultancy.com is owned by mohsenfayyazi which is why you were unable to renew it from the account you are logged in to. The renewal emails were sent to the email address on that account.
I’m afraid the domain expired several months ago and wasn’t renewed so it has been cancelled. It’s in the process of being released back into the pool of available domains. The best I advice I can give you is to keep checking to see when the domain is available to register again.
