Hi,
It would be helpful If you could share your website URL with us. And please check whether your website is hosted on wordpress.com.
This support forum is designed to help sites hosted by WordPress.com. For more information, you can check out this link: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org.
If you are in need of support for your self-hosted website you may be able to find an support from the WordPress.org support page at the link provided: https://wordpress.org/support/ or as an alternative you may want to contact your hosting provider.
Thanks.

Hi,
To cancel a domain you registered with WordPress.com, please log into your account and go to the Manage Purchases section of your Personal Settings. Click on the domain and then the button to Cancel.
Instead of canceling the domain I suggest you go for the renew the domain.
You can renew your plan or domain name in the Manage Purchases section of your Personal Settings.
Please follow the link:

Hope it helps.
Thanks.

Hi there,
I see that you have already canceled the domain. When you want to use a domain elsewhere you should never cancel it. We have a transferring process for that.
Your domain is now in redemption, which means that we’re still able to recover your domain but a redemption fee of $80 will have to be paid. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.
After the domain is recovered you can transfer it to the registrar of your choice.
Please let me know how you want to proceed so that I can arrange a payment request.
If you have any other questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.
