Renewing Domain Help

    I am trying to renew the domain for our organization’s blog. I chatted with a wordpress.com team member a couple of days ago and he said that this account wan’t the admin and so we couldn’t renew using this account. I have logged in to all of the accounts I could think of for our organization and none of them seem to be the admin. Is there anything else I can do to renew our domain?
