Renewing Domain in Redemption Period

I registered my domain through Word Press who registered the domain through Wild West Domains. It recently expired without my knowledge as I’d changed email address and am looking to renew it as soon as possible to get my website and emails back up and running.
I have contacted via chat a few days ago but have heard nothing back.

It’s still possible for us to recover the domain from redemption at this point, but our domain provider charges us $80 to restore a domain from redemption. Please let me know if you agree to this fee and I can get the process started.
As you mention your email having changed, please also make sure that the correct email now appears in your account settings, as we can only send the payment link for the redemption payment to that email:

Your account does not own any paid plans so you don’t have access to live chat, and I see no other support requests tied to this username or your domain. I think you might have contacted a third-party WordPress Support service.

Happy to agree to this fee and get the process started.
I still have access to that old email and will use that for the time being as my primary one is associated with my domain and down at the moment.
