Renewing domain mapping
-
Hello, I’m the new president of the Canadian Oral History Association, and our site http://www.canoha.ca – domain mapped through your services – has lapsed. Can you let me know how I may go about renewing this? I’m not 100% up to speed with how this site was run, but as best I can tell this is the only service we had. According to billing records, it was an annual fee of $17CDN.
Thank you very much for your info.

If the domain mapping upgrade has lapsed recently, there is a chance that Staff can reinstate it for you. However, if it has been quite a while, you may need to purchase an upgrade plan as there are no individual upgrades like domain mapping available any longer.
I’ve tagged this thread for Staff attention. Thank you for your patience as replies may take a little longer than usual this week.

Hi forumcoha,
Can you let me know how I may go about renewing this?
Domain mapping for canoha.ca expired several months ago so it won’t be possible to renew that upgrade. As @justjennifer mentioned, domain mapping is no longer available as a standalone upgrade — this means you will need to purchase a paid plan in order to add domain mapping again:
The Personal plan is the cheapest option if you are upgrading primarily for this feature.
Come back to me if you have any questions about the upgrade or your site.
