Renewing domain mapping

I am trying to renew my domain mapping ($13) I followed through to pay via PayPal but nothing appears to have been finalised by either WordPress or PayPal. I’m rather concerned as the expiry is imminent. Help

Hello, there could have been a problem along the line of transmitting the payment information. If you didn’t receive an email confirmation of the renewal, then most probably it didn’t go through. I’d recommend checking your PayPal account or credit card associated with your PalPal account if there was a deduction of $13 on it.

If there was no deduction, then please do the renewal process again in the Manages Purchases section of your Personal Settings.

Thanks but have tried both of your suggestions prior to posting. Although the $13 is shown in the link, I can no longer find it in ‘manages purchases’ as this only takes me to $99 and $299 upgrades which I do not need. Getting really concerned I am going to lose my domain

Domain Mapping costs $13.00, and it is set to expire in 4 days, on April 17, 2016. If this upgrade expires, your site will no longer be available at “latimerpt.co.uk”.
