renewing domain mapping

  I’m trying to renew our domain mapping for $13.00 which expires tomorrow. All that keeps coming up and the Manage Purchase site is three plans which start at $2.99 per month and higher. Where do you renew the $13.00 plan? It’s NOT under Mange Purchases.

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.
