Renewing Domain Name

  We need to renew our domain name and the admin that originally set up the page no longer works with us and we don’t have access to her account that she set up with wordpress. Is there a way that we can renew our domain without the admin username and password? Please help.

  Hi kblue2014,

  If you have your colleague’s email or any of the account’s purchase history, you would be able to fill out the Account Recovery form and retrieve access to the account.
