Renewing Domain Name

  I started my blog with WordPress.com as iwantcrazy.wordress.com but I quickly registered my own domain with wordpress.com through Wild West Domains as iwantcrazyblog.com. I waited about 2 months to decide if I liked doing this blog thing and then I switched to a self-hosted site through wordpress.org and used blue host. I never moved my domain over to blue host and would just renew when I needed. I am needing to renew my domain but every time I click the link in the email it says : User kedmonds1200 Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested

If you are not ‘kedmonds1200’, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are ‘kedmonds1200’ and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.

  This is my login for my site and if I log in as the admin I have my .org dashboard but can’t access my .com dashboard to renew and I’ve tried EVERYTHING. I can log into wordpress.com but when I try and go to the ‘My Upgrades’ section it has nothing and shows that I don’t have a website??!?!? Help please, I’m in the grace period to renew my domain!!

  What happens if you log into WordPress.com with the username iwantcrazy?

  That user name does not exist

  Is there a second account you might have used to buy the upgrade?

  Your symptoms are indicative of a second account used to purchase the upgrade

  I have flagged this for the staff to help, they can see the account that owns the upgrade

  You do have two separate WordPress.com accounts and your sites are not connected to this one. Is there another username you could try logging in with?

  Thank you! I tried a bunch of different log ins before but finally figured it out and got to the second account. It shows that I am on auto-renewal *which I thought I had been* so I’m not sure why I got an email saying that my domain was set to expire May 15th. It renewed in April and is not set to renew/expire again till next year.
