renewing domain name

  I have received a message that my domain will be deleted in 2 days and I tried to pay with a credit card only to receive a message that it can’t be processed because the charge due is zero. Another message reads that my account should be automatically renewed on December 26, 2015 which was yesterday, and yet there is no temporary authorization proving payment on any of my credit cards. What can I do at this point? I don’t want to have any problems with the domain name and my followers not being able to get to my site. Thank you
