renewing domain name

  Hi. I have a WordPress website hosted by Bluehost. Bluehost has emailed me saying my domain registration is going to expire in 14 days with Wild West Domains. I have tried following renewal steps by going to manage purchases but my account shows I have no purchases?
  Please help to renew my domain before it expires,

  Hi Shanai,

  That’s right — the account you are logged in to hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com. Which domain do you need to renew?

  Hi

  I am a bit worried that I have linked someone else’s log in details to my account? I helped a few people set up websites around the same time I did mine and could have set up their info while I was still logged in?

  Although, to access my website http://www.kidseatbyshanai.com/wp-admin I choose the option to log in through WordPress.com and it comes up with that same user @kidseatbyshanai2015?

  Can you see if I have more than one log in linked to my emails (email visible only to moderators and staff)? I have clicked on lost password and haven’t received an email?

  Hi @kidseatbyshanai2015, The email you referenced is not associated with that account. I did check the email on the account, and it is showing that it is active and valid.

  Think and see if you can’t come up with other emails you may have used to set up that account – kidseatbyshanai.
