Renewing domain name.

  I have a site http://www.growfoodslowfood.com and I need to renew domain name with new credit card, but it keeps telling me I don’t have site? I thought the problem is that I have changed email address, but when I tried to change account settings back to old email is wouldnt let me – telling me that was already taken?
