renewing domain name

  Hi. I know that this is a problem that i have created for myself, but i’m still hoping you’ll be able to help! I neglected to renew my domain name registration on 7th November. It seems to have meant that i can also no longer get emails at the domain name. Your last email suggested it would cost me $18 to renew but that option is not available on the purchase page. Can you please confirm that if i pay the $60 rego it would reconnect my email. ta. Michelle

  No problem. I see that you spoke with Riyaz earlier today. We have received your payment for the redemption and I’ve written to our domain partner about restoring thewayoflove.net.au. We will be in touch once we have an update from them. This typically takes 2-3 days, but might be longer with the new year.
