“Hi, I had a wordpress.com blog and for some reason it is gone. Why is it gone? I have a wordpress.org” blog that I need to renew my domain in 3 days. I am with Wild West Domain and they said they have nothing to do with it, they just host the domain and I need to get my EPP code from wordpress. They said I need to go to the store in my wordpress.com but Its disapeared. Can you PLEASE help me before I loose everything? Thank you Steph

Nobody can help you much without the “missing” blog URL & the domain name you want to renew.
This has already been flagged for staff attention
You need to be logged in as the EXACT account that owns an upgrade to renew it, an EPP code is not needed for renewal.
Is there another account you might have used to register your domain name? The account you are posting from is not old enough (7 months) to have an upgrade renewal due yet

Our domain name was originally thru our wordpress.com then we moved to wordpress.org and Wild West Domain says we originally registered thru wordpress.com and they can’t help us. Our domain name is cali-zona.com

Wild West Domains is the registrar of record for domain names registered with WordPress.com so this is the correct place to renew the domain name registration
But the domain name needs to be renewed by the account owner that owns the upgrade – please ask the others who might have registered the domain name originally, that account is the one that needs to renew the registration

Auxclass has it correct, the issue is that the account that owns that domain name is not the account you are posting from. You will need to log into the account that owns cali-zona.com in order to renew it.
