Renewing domain registration

  I get this message, “If your domain registration has expired and you can’t see the “Renew” button in My Upgrades, you should contact support immediately.” – I don’t have a “Renew” button to pay for it.

  What is the domain name you are concerned about?

  The domain name carrierjohnson.com is registered with Network Solutions.

  Your blog carrierjohnson.wordpress.com/ is mapped as a subdomain to carrierjohnson.com

  Are you asking about the domain mapping?

  I think so, it’s $13.00 a year. It says it expired and I cannot pay for it.

  You’ll need to be logged in as the user who owns the Domain Mapping subscription in order to renew it.

  Alternatively, you could wait for it to expire, then repurchase it under your account by adding it via Store -> Domains in the blog’s Dashboard.
