I realize there’s going to be a fee, I’ve read the spiel. I just need the link so I can pay to get this done and cleaned up. I have customers waiting.

Good Morning –
I’m happy to help you through the redemption process. I’ve sent an email your way outlining this process.
Please let me know if you do not receive the email.

Thank you for your help! I received it and just paid. Do I need to do anything else or just wait for everything to catch up?
-
It appears the payment was missed because it was being sent to an old account and forwarded, and that forwarding seems to have stopped. I’ve changed the email on my account to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Is there any way on your end to check and reassure me that all future billing will be sent there so that I don’t miss it?

All communication from WordPress.com will be sent to the address listed here.
I’ve received your payment and sent a note to our domain partner to have notjustcute.com restored.
Once we hear back from them we will be in touch. This can sometimes take up to 48 hours, but typically we hear back quicker than that.

Howdy!
http://notjustcute.com/ is back up and running. Please take a look and let me know if you need help with anything else :)
