Renewing domain when it has already expired

  I need to renew my domain even though it has already expired. It’s saying my DNS needs to be updated, but even reading through the support I still can’t work this out.

  Is there anyway of just paying & getting my domain back?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like lissyruns.com has expired some time back and has reverted back to the wild – try buying the domain name again (not renewing) – if that does not work the staff will need to help by clearing something in your account – but this is already flagged for them to check your account

  Yes, trying to rebuy didn’t work… it says it’s still registered with WordPress.com. At a loss again!

  If a domain name was registered at WordPress.COM then a record of that domain name can hang around in your account and mess things up – it takes a staff member to clear the info for you

  I deleted your domain mapping record (as auxclass says – this is something that staff needs to do for you), and now you should be all clear to re-purchase lissyruns.com.
