Renewing domain without 'upgrading'

    Hi – I can’t find any way to pay my domain renewal without updating my account to a monthly pay deal. Every time I hit ‘payment details’ for the domain, it only gives me the upgrade option. Is this how it is? I can only renew if I upgrade? If not, how can I pay this? Please let me know.

    Hi there,

    Your account does not own any upgrades. The domain on your site, sharronriddle.com, is owned by the username, roh179. In the past you were able to renew the domain, but we changed it last year so that now only the owner of an upgrade can renew it, so you’ll need to log in as that user, or ask the owner of that account to log in and renew the domain.

    However, that domain is showing as expiring in December 2017, so it does not need to be renewed at this stage.
