hello,
i’d like to pay for my domain registration for the next year. However, just as last year it doesn’t work right when i try to pay for the domain registration. I get prompted with a 18334685 notification.
Last year I waited a little longer too contact you guys and I had to pay 70 dollars to get the domain again, I would like no to have to pay that again this year, I hope i’m in time with my mail to you guys. I hope you can help me.

You should be able to manually renew 60 days before the renewal date – WordPress.COM tries to to renew automatically 30 days before the renewal date in case there is a problem with the billing – it looks like today you should be able to manually renew the name – have you tried it this year? If so was there a problem and what was the error message?

I’ve notified our developers to take a closer look at your domain renewal, making sure to note the domain expiration date. (I’ll make sure we take care of this as soon as we can — definitely before the domain expiration date.)

Sort of. There might be another bug that needs a closer look for renewing your domain, so I wanted our store team to double–check first.
