renewing expired domain

I am interested in renewing a domain. I wasn’t able to afford the late fee (still can’t) so I had to let it expire. Is it possible to get it again for the normal $18/year? When I clicked the option to renew, the message I received was, “Oops, we can’t find the domain you’re trying to renew. Please contact support to get this sorted out.Be sure to let us know which domain you were trying to renew.” The domain I would like to renew is mcleanparlor.com

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

Our records show that mcleanparlor.com expired 40 days ago on February 21, 2014.

Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order. You can learn more about domain expiration here:

Recover an Expired or Cancelled Domain

Since you’ve chosen to let this domain expire, you’ll need to wait the entire 80 day period before you’ll be able to register this domain again. You can check on the availability of this domain in the future through a whois lookup like this one:

    http://who.is/whois/mcleanparlor.com

Once the domain is available again, you can purchase it through your dashboard at Store > My Domains. Select Register a New Domain Name.

Please note that someone else may purchase the domain first, in which case you will be unable to register it again.

Let me know if I can help with anything else!
