Renewing expired domain

Hello, I need help from staff to renew an expired domain. It was on autorenew- but, my husband did not realize that his business card information changed. Therefore, the website did not autorenew. The domain is premiumlawnlandscape.com I know that if it is the redemption period, there is an additional 80 dollar fee. Please let me know what to do.

https://wordpress.com/help/contactIf you’re on a free plan or no longer have upgrades, you’ll reach the forums. But you can always add a “modlook” tag if you need staff attention.
I’ll send an invoice for the $80+26 for the registration and redemption fee, then we’ll get in touch with the registrar to see if we can get the name back. If we can’t, we will refund you, but we’ll do our best to be sure we can get it. Cheers!
