  We need to recover an expired domain. Why is this something we have to ask in the forums?!

  At the moment your account does not own any paid upgrades, and only accounts with paid upgrades have access to live chat and email support.

  Are you speaking of the domain, diverscityinlaw.net? That domain expired on 13 August and has already been removed from our system. It is about to go into redemption with our domain provider.

  This usually takes around 48 hours, but we’ll let you know as soon as the domain is reactivated.
