renewing expired domain help

  hey, our domain that was registered here has expired (notification emails were unfortunately lost in our spambox).
  desperately want to pay renewal asap as its a business website that is currently down and the business is heavily reliant on the site.

  the domain is http://www.hiddengembeautytherapy.com/

  i think someone also attached to this account may have already sent an email off about 12 hours ago but not sure who to and no response so far so hoping for some help via forum.

  any help would be really appreciated

  sorry should mention, it is only the domain name. hosting is elsewhere

  There is a grace period to renew your domain. If that crosses, you have to pay a redemption fee of $80.00.

  If you sent an email, please wait for a while, staff will have a look and let you know.

  ok thanks, just not sure where the email was sent and if to the correct address for that issue. any idea what a normal response time could be / when it may be worth following up with a new mail?

  Hi there,

  Your domain has already been removed from our system, and has gone into redemption with our registrar. They charge a $80 fee to restore a domain once it reaches this point, and I’ll need you to agree to that before I can get the recovery process started.

  Once the redemption fee is paid they usually restore a domain within 24 hours.

  I’ve sent you a payment link via email. Please let me know if you don’t receive it.

  Otherwise, once we receive your payment I can email our domain provider to restore the domain to our system.
