Renewing expired domain – I NEED SOMEONE FROM THE STAFF ASAP

We tried to renew our domain name registration last october but something must have gone wrong with they payment : the domain registration is now expired and our website is not accessible anymore.
After a Whois lookup, I found out that the domain is now in the ‘redemption period’, and that there is still a chance for us to recover our domain name by paying an additionnal fee.
But there is no page on wordpress.com to do that.
How can we recover our domain name or contact someone at wordpress.com that can explain us what went wrong with our payment and what to do next ?PLEASE HELP US !

nicarali.com is in redemption. There is an $80 charge added by our domain partner to recover a domain in redemption. This is not a fee we can waive. If you are ok paying the fee I will get the process started.

No problem :) I’ve started the process by contacting our domain partner. I should hear back from them within 48 hours. Then I’ll send an update your way.
You’ll also find that I sent an email with a payment link for the fee and a bit more information regarding the redemption process.
