Renewing expired website

  Trying to renew my expired website. I am the primary owner and when i click to renew it doesn’t give me any options.

  Hi Mandy,

  I’ve looked into your account, as the domain you were trying to renew has fully expired it needed to be re-registered. The good news is I see you have now done that. The domain is valid until December 29th, 2016.

  I have also issued a refund for the previous failed payments for a total refund of $39. While the refund is complete on our end it may take up to a week to appear on your statement.
