Renewing Mapped Domain

We are attempting to renew our expired mapped domain (cincua.org). The user that initially registered the mapping is no longer part of our organization. How should we proceed to renew?

Hi there,
The user who owns that upgrade, jamesblodgett, is also the owner of the site itself, so the best option here would be if you can contact him and ask him to transfer ownership of the site and it’s upgrades to another account that still is a member of your organisation.
