    What exactly are you trying to renew? The site above looks like a new free website so there should not be anything to renew. If it is not a free WordPress site then you should be able to renew under the Plan section in your menu options.

    Note: Only the owner of the domain name or plan may renew the upgrade. If you don’t see the option to renew listed via Purchases, let the owner of the upgrade know so they can renew it.

    Hi there,

    The domain, megandrutledge.com, can only be renewed by the account that owns it, mdrcasual. Please log into that account, or ask the owner of that account to renew the domain.

    Thanks for trying to help. However, please tag all threads regarding expired domains for staff, as @tschureman did above. In this case the OP is using the wrong account to try and renew, but in many cases it is the owner contacting us, and if the domain is, for example, already in redemption, they won’t be able to renew from the Purchases page as you instructed above. Only staff can are able to check on the actual status of an upgrade, so please let us handle them instead.
