renewing my blog

  i have renewed this blog every year for like 8 years.. now i am trying .. i have no lIVE SUPPORT access and it says im on a free plan .. which is not true .. i need help

  What is stopping you from renewing? Are you getting any error?

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here has never owned any upgrades on WordPress.com.

  The only upgrade on the site you indicated is a domain upgrade that belongs to the account, bamboobanga420, so if you log into that account you’ll have access to email support, but that site has never been connected to a paid plan, so even that account does not have access to live chat support.
