Renewing my Blog

I have received a notice that my product – nocturnaladmissions.net – is set to expire today.
I have been trying to update my debit card information by logging in a number of different ways and cannot gain access to my account.
One notice I got says I am already logged in under ‘@prodigalorphan010418’.
That was NEVER my Log In / User name or any e-mail address I’ve used.
I have been inactive for a while now, not writing additional posts, but I want to continue to do so and keep my account / product / blog open but I can’t as long as somebody else seems to be logged in under a fictitious name or somehow fraudulently or WordPress seems to have messed things up.
What can I do NOW to make my payment with my new Debit card on the same bank account I’ve used since I first signed up.Hopefully the ‘forums’ are actually staffed by technical staff and not just fellow bloggers.

Hi Harris, yup, tech staff is here if you add a Modlook tag. Someone added it at some point — looks like the domain is renewed now. Did you need more help?
