Renewing my Domain

Hello,
I received notice that my domain was going to be cancelled on January 24 but was unable to access my account as I was in the hospital. I then contacted the support number listed on the email, on February 2nd, 2 times, leaving messages asking for assistance on renewing my domain. When I log into my account, it does not give me the option to renew it. The only option that phone number gave was to leave my domain name and email, so they could contact me with a solution. To date I have received nothing. Any help would be great as it is difficult to get in touch with a person to help… -
