Renewing my domain

    Hello, I’m trying to renew my domain pitayalife.com , but when I go to ‘mangage purchases’ I only see the receipt of the theme I bought- nothing to do with the renewal of my domain.

    Can you please help me with this?

    Hello, on your Manage Purchases page, there are 2 tabs, Purchases and Billing History. You may be looking at the Billing History section that’s why you’re seeing the receipt for the theme you bought. Click the Purchases tab and this should show your domain that you are trying to renew.
