Renewing my domain

  My domain name is expiring in 4 days and I am trying to renew it; however, the site is not allowing me to do so. Could you please provide assistance? When I go to Manage Purchases, it only gives me the option to upgrade my plan which I do not want to do.

  Hi, it looks like your domain is all set now. I see it renewed through 2017.

  I think what happened here was that you tried renewing it from the wrong user account. You’ll need to be logged into WordPress.com as the person who originally purchased the domain in order to renew it.
