renewing my domain

  I need info about renewing a domain. It’s tricky because a co-worker of mine who set up the site last year has moved on to another company.

  Hi there,

  In order to help you I’ll need to know the domain, but I can tell you that only the account that bought an upgrade can renew and make any changes to the upgrade, so if the domain was bought using your former colleague’s account, they’ll need to renew it or transfer it to you so you become the new owner.
