Renewing my Domain

  It seems that my fomain has expired (trembom.com) but I still have today to renew it. What do I need to do please? Thank you

  Hi there,
  Looks like trembom.com is in redemption period, so you will charged an extra $80.00 redemption fee along with the regular renewal cost.

  NOTE:

  During the redemption phase, domains can be included in expired-domain auctions, where another party can bid on your domain name. If the domain is claimed by someone else in an auction, you will not be able to renew. If you made a payment in attempt to reclaim the domain out of redemption and were unsuccessful, you will get a refund.

  Hi valentinajacome,

  trembom.com expired on 2017-03-20 and is currently in the redemption period:

  Domain Expiration

  It is still possible to try and recover the domain but you will need to pay an $80 redemption fee. The cost of the domain is already covered by the plan you purchased today.

  If you agree to the redemption fee, I can generate a payment request for the amount. Once that has been paid I will contact our domain provider. If the recovery fails after you’ve paid the redemption fee, the fill will be refunded in full.

  If you do not want to pay the fee, you can wait until the domain is released but there is no guarantee you will be able to get it back again.

  Please let me know what you would like to do as soon as you can.
