Renewing my domain

  My domain upgrade expired last month and I am trying to renew it. The site keeps freezing up when it is applying my renewal – however my payment of 13$ has been processed, leaving me with 13$ in credits. Nothing happens when i try to apply those credits to complete my renewal – please help!

  I see that the domain mapping upgrade on papirtiger.dk has renewed through 07/07/2018. Do you still need help with the renewal?

  You should be able to see that at wordpress.com/me/purchases/
