RENEWING MY DOMAIN

    Hello, I got an email to renew my domain name. I tried to follow the link in the email but i was told i dont have an account with WordPress. I recently changed my hosting, could it be the reason and what is the way out?

    Hi @thesentnurse, I don’t see any domains on this account. If the email came from us, can you log out, then log back in using the email address that received the notice? Then try clicking the link.
