Renewing my domain

  Hello I did not realise that my credit card has expired and payment wasn’t able to be made via the credit card for the renewal of my domain. Please assist to help me retrieve my domain – explodingbelly.com, thank you

  Hi there, actually this domain is in redemption right now because it expired quite a while ago:

  Domain Expiration

  The registrar charges an $80 redemption fee in addition to the regular renewal fee. I’ve just sent an invoice. Can you pay that ASAP, then respond here to let us know that’s done?

  If you don’t want to pay the extra $80 fee, you can allow the domain expiration process to continue, but please know that’s a risky process. Let us know and we can remove the invoice if that’s your preference.

  Either way, domain redemption is time sensitive, so let us know as soon as possible what you’d like to do.

  Also just to check, after making all the payment required, would my content on the site be recovered? I have yet to receive any invoices on my account nor my email. Was there a problem in the issuance?

  The payment request was sent to the email address on your account at https://wordpress.com/me/account on April 2, I have sent it again just now. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your email’s spam folder.

  The site the domain was attached to, and its content, is still accessible at https://fatassbean.wordpress.com

  Recovering the domain will restore it to that site.

  Hello the email address would be (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I’ve yet to receive any thing in my email nor spam mail.

  Ohhh I’ve logged into the wrong account, I’ve paid the renewal fee.

  Also, the full content of my previous site doesn’t seem to be reflected on fatassbean.wordpress.com at all.

  What do you mean? Is something missing? Please be more specific. What posts or pages are missing?
