Renewing my domain

  Hi, my domain expired because I forgot to update my payment info. Can I please get help in getting it back? It’s not showing up in my Purchases to allow me to renew.

  Is this about jasonyu.me? We can still get it back, but we have to be fast to avoid extra charges or losing the domain. I have emailed you a link where you can pay the registration fees. Once you’ve done that, please reply here, and we’ll start the recovery process.

  I’ve just checked my wordpress account and the email address in file is the correct one. However, I do not see an email that allows me to renew my domain, either in my inbox or spam. Is it possible to share the link here?

  Hi! We’ve reached out to the registrar to recover the domain. Typically we should hear back within three days, but hopefully sooner. We’ll update you as soon as we have information.
