Renewing my domain mapping is not working well

    I need to simply pay my $13.00 for domain mapping renewal. No matter which route I take to try to view the domain management page where I can check on this mapping issue, I always get stuck on the upgrade page. I do not want to upgrade – we are a small non-profit organization, so I don’t have the permission to spend our budget this way, and the sales tactic is either way too pushy, or my account isn’t working appropriately. I can’t see any upcoming charges even though I am getting emails warning of the imminent expiration in a week or two of my mapping services. Please help resolve this issue. Thanks in advance!

  • The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

    Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.
