renewing my plan

  I want to pay for my premium plan but it will only let me upgrade to a business plan. There is no check out button.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thanks, that’s the page i’m stuck on. Premium Plan is check marked, but the only button that is highlighted is the “Upgrage to business pla”

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

  HI,
  I don’t want to upgrade, I just want to renew Back Home in Bromont (premium site)
  My other blog is Cats at the Bar, but when I go in there, there is no connection to Back home in Bromont, so I don’t know what you need when you say ownership. Originally I started BHIB from Cats at the Bar, but separated the 2 blogs so there would be no overlap.

  Hey there,

  I checked Back Home in Bromont and it is indeed under the same account that Cats at the Bar was under. So, if you log into that account, you should be able to renew the subscription. Again, it is not the account that you contacting us from, but a different one.

  Hi, is this the right account to be in. Apparently my account has expired 20 hours ago, but on Back Home in Bromont is says I have 3 hours left.

  I see that the blog is owned by your BHIB and Tom account, but the upgrade was owned by your Cats at the Bar account. So, I went ahead and transferred the premium upgrade over to your BHIB and Tom so that you can renew the upgrade. You should be able to now, but let me know if you still have trouble. Thanks!
