Renewing my plan

    I was paying for a woocommerce site. I was not able to get my site up and running. I am wanting to open a simple online store. What additional expenses will I have to purchase do I have to purchase siteground? When I renew will all the old work I had previously built still be there? I do not wish to start over. Are there tutorials that can help me with the learning curve that I never quite figured out?
