Renewing my site

    I just added a new card to renew my domain, which said it expired on May 23, 2020 because my credit card was expired. That CC does not expire until next month, so I’m not sure why this charge did not go through? I’d like to have the new card charged and website functional as soon as possible. Please let me know if there is something else I need to do.

    Hey there, it looks like you successfully added a card, but the domain expired quite some time ago, to the extent that it’s currently not in your account. We have to go through a manual redemption process at this point.

    I’ll email an invoice shortly. As soon as that is paid, can you respond here so we can contact the registrar directly?

    You’ll want to pay it as soon as possible, and respond here as soon as possible too.
