renewing my site

    Hi. I had this website for many years . When renewal time came last year I couldnt afford to keep it and let it lapse. Now I have the funds to renew, but have no idea how to do it. How do I can my website and content back on the web?

    Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host waistbeadswoman.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

    To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.

    Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at GoDaddy. As a result we don’t have a direct connection to your site, and we don’t have control any billing you have set up with your current provider.

    You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, but as it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere. The good news is that your hosting provider may be able to help in this instance. I recommend contacting GoDaddy for further assistance. They are in the best position to help.
