Renewing my site

    I clicked on the link you sent me to try to renew my website, gatekeepermiz.com. However, whenever I click on the link, it takes me to a page where the only option is to upgrade– and I’ve lost all of my content that was posted on the site, and I no longer have access to the domain at all.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi dcolton28,

    gatekeepermiz.com is owned by another account, which is why you don’t see the option to renew it through the one you are currently logged in to. Please log out of dcolton28, then log back in with the username gatekeepermiz.

    Once logged into the correct account, clicking on the renewal link should take you through to the Manage Purchases page with the option to make a payment.
