renewing my web address

    I have repeatedly tried to contact anyone at your company who will listen.

    I am trying to renew my web address emmausrandr.com

    When I log in, it tells me I do not have a web address.
    However, you have been billing me for 3 years.
    Please help.

    “Emmaus Remodeling and Repair” is not available at the domain emmausrandr.com right now. This domain expired, and it has to be renewed before it is lost.

    Perhaps that site is reached via a different account. This thread has been tagged for staff assistance.

    I want to point out that the domain doesn’t expire until 2021-02-21. So it looks like that is all set. It’s the plan that needs to be renewed from /me/purchases/
