Hi my domain name jasmineneely.com just expired and I think I lost my website. Is there any way to renew my domain name and bring my original website up and running again? I really don’t want to create a new website.

Did your domain expire or is it your WordPress.com plan that needs renewal? You can renew your domain or WordPress.com plan though Manage Purchase section of Personal settings. Please look into the below support pages. They can be of help to you.

Hi there,
That domain is owned by a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re currently logged in. Please log in with the jasmineneely username and head to your Purchases page to renew your domain.

Please note that time is of the essence here. Your domain can still be renewed by you if you access your Purchases, but it will soon enter into redemption and an $80 fee will be needed to restore it. You can read more about that here:
