renewing my WordPress account

  Unfortunately, I forgot to notify WordPress of my new credit card number and my renewal fee did not go through. How can I get it back on track again. When I try to renew and pay my fee with applicable charges, it says that my domain is already registered.

  The new credit card number does not seem to be the issue. The renewal for that domain was successfully charged on 2016-09-10. However, that charge was disputed with the credit card company. Once that happens, your account is locked.

  If you can reverse the dispute with your credit card company, that is the easiest path back to getting our account unlocked and renewing your domain. If you are unable to do that, you will need to pay the $20 chargeback fee that we are charged by our payment processor in addition to repurchasing the domain registration.

  okay, well I have changed my credit card information with WordPress and I will call my credit card company in the morning and see what I can do. Thanks for your help. Have a great day! Debbie
