Renewing my WordPress site

  Hello,

  My WordPress blog (blog.nyuskirball.org) expired yesterday, and I would like to renew it. However, when I go to purchase the $99 plan for one year, it will not let me process payment. It says something like ‘You are trying to purchase items that are not already on your plan, do you want to do so?’ without giving me the option to say yes or no.

  I need to renew ASAP. Any idea what’s happening?

  The blog that you provided is not hosted or registered with WordPress.com. Check that your domain is renewed at the registrar.

  Hey there,

  You are having trouble renewing because the upgrades that you are trying to renew are associated with an account different than the one you are contacting us from. In order to renew both the premium upgrade and the mapping, you will need to be logged in as the user who initially purchased both subscriptions.

  That is why you are receiving the You are trying to purchase items that are not already on your plan, do you want to do so? message. Neither of those upgrades are under your account so it’s asking if you want to add them.
