Renewing ON the date of expiry

  Admittedly, it is the last day to renew my private registration, but I seem to be unable to do it. It keeps saying “product not available”, then appears to work, but asks me if i want a whole bunch of other stuff (“the whole package for $99”) that I don’t want. I just want to renew. Can someone please assist me? I have a credit card, I have funds on that card and I just want to renew my site. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
