Renewing our blog

Hi there,
Sorry for the many messages about this! I noticed in an earlier message, you mentioned a renewal of our account would cost $129. The WordPress site is also listing $129 as the renewal cost. However, as you said above, the premium plan is $99.
Can you please explain the discrepancy between the two prices? Once we have this sorted out, we will be ready to renew today.
Thanks!

Ah that makes sense. Thanks! I’ve just renewed our account!
I see that I’ve been signed up for automatic renewal. Since our institutional funding can change on an annual basis, I would prefer not to be signed up for automatic renewal. I understand we can cancel a renewal and receive a refund, but as you can tell, we have a number of people responsible for this account and run the risk of missing the deadline for a cancellation (if I am away on vacation for example). Is there a way to opt-out of auto renewals?
Thank you!

Actually, I just deleted our credit card information from our account. Does this mean the account won’t be able to auto-renew? And instead it will notify us when we are due for renewal? Thanks again!

No, you’d still be charged, but I just disabled auto renew for you. So, you’ll receive notice when the upgrade is about to expire and you’ll just need to manually renew like you just did.
Thanks!
